You agree to use Clario AI only for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the app for illegal or harmful activities
Submit content that violates rights (e.g., copyrighted or abusive content)
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Circumvent usage limits or subscription systems

2. Free Tier

The free version of Clario AI includes limited daily usage (such as a small number of summaries per day) and access to basic features. Limits may change over time.

3. Subscriptions

Clario AI offers optional paid subscriptions:

Monthly Plan: $6.99/month
Annual Plan: $29.99/year

Subscriptions are billed through Apple and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

Clario AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. Results may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying important information.

5. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are owned by Clario AI. You may not copy or distribute it without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without guarantees. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
